Over the last 10 years, ORBEA's strategies have been geared towards the areas of product, market development and brand image.
Our market development has always been highly customer-focused, working close to our markets. In view of this, we have given constant priority to functioning with our own structures on each market, always working with local networks.
Within the product area, we have taken a major stake in innovation, and both our road bikes (equipped with our Orca and Ordu carbon frames) and mountain bikes (with the Oiz frame, double suspension, etc.) are truly differentiated products.
Today, our major objective is to get to know our customers in depth, to involve them in our working process, and to adapt to their needs. One of the ways in which we have done this is by transforming our website to be closer to our customers, offering leisure solutions and bicycle-related services that place us above and beyond a mere brand name.
The future before us holds important changes that will require much effort and sacrifice, but we are proud to say that Orbea today is one of the bicycle industry's most dynamic, modern firms.
