Shipping and Handling

Carriage is calculated automatically by our shopping system.
You can find out how much carriage will be charged for your by adding items to the shooping basket.
A running carriage total will be displayed along with the total cost of your order. You can always remove items by referring to the shopping review page.

If the item(s) you select is unavailable, we will do our best to contact you to inform you of the delay and any likely length of that delay. At this point you will have the option to cancel your order.

If we fail to meet our estimated delivery date, you will be under no obligation to complete the transaction.

Returns

Please contact us first before returning goods.

We guarantee to replace or refund faulty products upon reciept and inspection of goods within a period of 12 months from purchase date.

We will replace or refund goods which don't fit or are unsuitable if and only if the goods are unused and are in a saleable condition. In this instance you are solely responsible for the cost of return delivery to us AND the cost of delivery for the replacement item.


Under UK law, UK consumers have the right to return to us any goods for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the point of delivery. If you wish to exercise this right, please inform us in advance. The costs of return shipping are at your expense and no refund will be issued for the cost of sending the goods to you in the first instance. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition and when they left our premises. You are legally obliged to ensure adequate security of the goods until received by us, and it is therefore recommended that they be returned using a "signed for" and "insured" service.
